Role Overview
Lead the partnership strategy: unite global brands, startups, and Olympic institutions to power HSG Health Week 2025 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy and OKRs
- Build a visible pipeline from sourcing to closing deals
- Negotiate multi-semester agreements (cash, tools, expertise, data)
- Translate contracts into on-site activations at Health Week 2025

Head of Events
Role Overview
Own the full event strategy and execution, delivering high-profile experiences with world-class speakers, athletes and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own annual event strategy, budget, and calendar
- Curate and manage Olympic/World-level speakers
- Lead end-to-end execution incl. venue, registration, crew
- Deliver Performance Lab Week with ETH

Head of Marketing
Role Overview
Shape our brand and voice; build campaigns that grow the community and position HSG Health Week 2025 as a landmark event.
Key Responsibilities
- Define brand architecture & multi-channel strategy
- Lead growth sprints; build dashboards
- Produce content incl. Mini-Doc & Reels with elite guests
- Co-launch sponsor campaigns and assets

Ideal Candidate
Creative strategist with strong storytelling & analytics; experience with ambassadors and partners is a plus.
