Head of Finance

The Growth Architect

Own the financial strategy and decision system that makes bold growth sustainable.

What you’ll own (examples):

  • Define the financial strategy that makes bold growth sustainable, turning vision into a solid plan the team can execute with confidence.
  • Own budgets, forecasts, and runway management so we can scale fast with clarity and control.
  • Run finance operations end-to-end (invoicing, payments, vendors) so the club can grow without friction.

What you bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and experienced with Excel
  • You proactively look for smarter ways to run things and take ownership to implement them
  • Previous experience in related fields (investment, accounting, controlling) is a plus

  • Design the brand identity from scratch that signals trust to partners and compounds credibility with every milestone.
