  • Scale the organization beyond individual events by strengthening teams, building leadership structures, activating our ecosystem, and positioning HPC as a serious platform for Switzerland’s next generation of high-performing talent

Head of Events

Design and lead experiences that bring together top students and industry leaders to create meaningful connections, real opportunities, and lasting partnerships

Explore

What you’ll own (examples):

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of our events, turning ambitious ideas into experiences that feel sharp, seamless, and genuinely memorable.
  • Own a diverse event portfolio from large-scale forums and flagship conferences to curated company dinners, private roundtables, and cross-club collaborations with other leading HSG clubs.
  • Activate and grow cross-university reach (ETH, UHZ and beyond) and corporate partnership ecosystem turning HPC into a central platform that attracts the most driven students across Switzerland

What you bring:

  • Strong organizational and project leadership skills, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once.
  • You enjoy building relationships and creating experiences that people remember, talk about, and want to return to.
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, partnerships, production, business development, or community building is a plus.
