Longevity Days
By 2050, the world will have twice as many people aged 60+ as today. At the same time, we’re living longer without always living healthier. This is creating a new mandate for finance: fund prevention, price risk smarter, and build products for longer lives.
The world is entering a new era: more years of life, more years of cost, and a widening gap between lifespan and healthspan. The institutions that learn to price, fund, and accelerate health will define the next decade of financial innovation.
Longevity Days brings together Switzerland’s most relevant leaders from finance, insurance, and healthcare to explore how Switzerland will tackle the upcoming Longevity wave and identify key investment opportunities.

Event Description
This is a controlled, coached introduction to contrast therapy — with real try-outs in sauna and ice baths, plus the decision rules that keep it safe and useful. You’ll leave with a protocol you can repeat, and a clearer sense of when heat/cold supports recovery and when it’s the wrong tool.

2026 Event Highlights

Lessons from Olympic Gold Beat Hefti Fireside
An evening on what high performance really requires before the spotlight appears. Beat Hefti shared the path from building his career from the ground up to competing at the highest Olympic level, while Dr. med. Patrik Noack connected the athlete perspective with the medical and psychological systems behind sustainable performance. The conversation made one idea clear: excellence is not luck. It is engineered through ownership, recovery, discipline, the right team and the ability to perform when the pressure is real.

Google Case Competition
The Google Case Competition brought selected students into a high-intensity strategy sprint: analyze the problem, identify user needs, build a product concept, define the go-to-market logic and defend the final recommendation.
The format showed what HPC can uniquely convene: strong students, frontier health topics and institutional partners working on questions that sit at the intersection of technology, prevention and consumer behavior.
Winning team solution
The winning team proposed Google Health Intelligence – an AI-powered health layer turning fragmented wearable data into forward-looking guidance through a Longevity Score, clinical reports and a family health hub. For the strongest overall concept, the team received the case prize.

Smart Supplementation with Dr. Simon Feldhaus
Dr. med. Simon Feldhaus is the leading doctor in Swiss longevity reseaerch and President of the Swiss Society for Anti-Aging Medicine. In this workshop Dr. Feldhaus brought practical insights to one of the most confusing areas of health and performance: supplementation.
Evidence first
Useful supplementation starts with clinical relevance, not trends. Vitamin D, omega-3s, B-vitamins, essential amino acids, probiotics and CoQ10 were highlighted as examples of supplements with stronger long-term health relevance.
Basics before protocols
No supplement compensates for chronic sleep debt, poor nutrition or missing recovery.
Context matters
The right protocol depends on biomarkers, lifestyle, goals and individual health status — not generic one-size-fits-all advice.

Health Week 2025
Five days of science-based workshops, labs, and keynotes on movement, recovery, mental health, and the future of preventive medicine at the University of St. Gallen. Co-created by the Human Performance Club and Unisport, Health Week 2025 brought together students, staff, and partners to explore what sustainable high performance can look like in real life.

Well-being
From sunrise yoga to ice baths, sleep labs and mental health coaching, the well-being pillar turned campus into a training ground for resilience. Participants learnt how movement, recovery, nutrition and emotional hygiene work together – and left with simple protocols they can sustainably keep.
Key Insights

Performance
The performance pillar explored one simple question: how do you sustain high output without burning out? how do you show up at your best on a normal day?
Through keynotes and hands-on sessions, participants learned how to design their week around better sleep, focused work blocks, smart training and real recovery time, so high performance becomes a habit, not a lucky day.
Key Insights

Innovation & Tech
Future-facing sessions looked at how wearables, biomarkers, AI are reshaping health. With Switzerland pioneering innovators and BigTech Enterprises like Google Cloud we explored what is possible at the forefront of health and performance.
